Tekla Structural Draughtsman

**Minimum requirements**

**_Minimum qualification_**:
Industry applicable qualification in Draughting

**_Minimum Experience:_**
5+ years experience in structural draughting and configuration management
5+ years experience in structural draughting in the steel industry
Valid driver's license
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit.
**Sound knowledge and experience of TEKLA**
Own transportation

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
Function independently, driven and can handle high-pressure and bottleneck situations.
Knowledge of TEKLA
Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and drafting using SolidWorks.
Self-motivated and highly organized.
Attention to detail.
Structural Works including concrete and steel structures & buildings.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills

**Role & Responsibilities**
Design structures, such as buildings or bridges.
Create structural models by using computer-aided design software.
Measure loads and pressures caused by environmental or human influence.
Follow construction safety guidelines.
Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications.
