**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a skilled team of automotive technicians and support staff, servicing between 15 to 20 cars per day (3 technicians)
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.
- Implement and enforce safety standards and best practices.
- **Customer Focus**:

- Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch automotive services.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive service experience.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage workshop resources, including tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Optimize workflow to maximize productivity and minimize turnaround times.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in automotive repair.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the workshop team.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of service.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds industry specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Workshop Manager or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques
