**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of the center's daily operations, including facilities management, maintenance, security, and overall cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and create a safe and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
- Oversee inventory control and procurement to ensure sufficient supplies and resources are available.
- Develop and manage the center's budget, monitor expenses, and strive for cost-effective operations.
- Drive revenue generation through marketing, rental agreements, and other income streams.
- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team, including administrative staff, maintenance personnel, and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Explore business development opportunities to expand the center's services and offerings.

- Ensure accurate record-keeping, documentation, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
