Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop PLC programs, including ladder logic, functional block diagrams, and structured text.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC hardware and software issues, and perform repairs and replacements as needed.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure that PLCs are integrated with other industrial control systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance activities, including inspection and testing of PLC systems, to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to PLC systems, including user manuals, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, and recommend improvements to existing systems.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of PLC hardware and software, including Siemens.
- Familiarity with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) programming and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VSD (Variable Speed Drives) programming and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Ladder, Function Block, and Structured Text
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

**Experience**:

- PLC programming: 2 years (required)
