General Miner

Primary duties: An underground miner is a laborer in the mining industry. They perform duties such as drilling, blasting, mucking, bolting and installing utilities within the mine, such as support braces, air lines and electrical wires. They're also responsible for maintaining the line and grade for ramps and passages, working with team members to ensure they complete all projects and adhere to safety standards. They install and control the operation of special underground mine equipment such as plow and shearer systems.

Pay: From R12 800,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northam, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Minning industry: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Indigenous languages (required)

License/Certification:

- Matric (required)
- Driving lisence (required)
