The Sub-Saharan Africa College of Technology is seeking a Training Lecturer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in the field of Renewable Energy Technology, Electronic Control, Digital Electronics, and Mathematics.

**Position Overview**:
**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 or NC (V) Level 4 plus a relevant 3-year Degree/Diploma with a Trade Certificate in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven teaching experience in Renewable Energy Technology, Electronic Control, Digital Electronics, and Mathematics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet).
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
- Qualified and registered Assessor and Moderator with the ETDP SETA (Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority).

**Responsibilities**:
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures and practical demonstrations in the field of Renewable Energy Technology, Electronic Control, Digital Electronics, and Mathematics.

Develop and update curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessments to meet the learning objectives of the training program.

Provide guidance and support to students, encouraging their active participation and critical thinking.

Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and assistance as needed.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching methodologies.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in the field of Renewable Energy Technology.

Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that respects diversity and promotes equal opportunities.

**College Hours**:
Monday through Friday, from 7:10 am to 4:00 pm.
