**Duties**:

- Plan and deliver English language lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement curriculum based on the needs and goals of the students.
- Provide engaging and interactive instruction to promote language acquisition.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their language skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate lesson plans and activities.
- Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into lessons to enhance learning.

**Requirements**:

- Teaching certification or ESL certification preferred.
- Experience working with adults in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
