Shift Superintendent

Hi all,

Xone intergrated security is urgently seeking to employ a Shift Superintendent for one of our sites in the pretoria region:

- PSIRA Grade A
- Matric / Grade 12 equivalent
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts and perform under pressure
- Must have extensive Supervision and staff Management Experience
- Extensive knowledge of logistics and personnel administration
- Excellent Human Relation skills (clients/ Residents &staff)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience and Knowledge of all aspects of Security Operations
- Strong Character and able to make decisions with minimum input from senior management
- Valid, unendorsed Driver’s license
- Firearm Competent with Business Purpose
- Proficient in Microsoft ( Word/ excel/ Outlook and Online OB)
- Experience in Control Room operations and CCTV Surveillance
- Strong Character and able to conduct extensive training to staff
- Reside within the Pretoria Area
