**RECEPTIONIST**
- Operate a multi-line telephone system & answer all incoming calls then transferring to the correct department.
- Responsible for all the filling of the Debtors, Financial clerks, Tripsheets, Transfers, POD's, Picking slips
- Arrange Courier (make out waybills)

**ORDERS**
- Assist Accounts Receivable Clerk with Orders on a relay basis
- Assist with enquiries from distribution clients regarding stock, prices and deliveries on a relay basis.
- Ordering of cleaning materials and clothing

**SALES**
- Assist with WHS store's sales on Saturdays
- Issue invoices for sales
- All general work assigned to the employee a detailed Job Description will be provided._

**REQUIREMENTS**
- License (mandatory **non-negotiable**)
- Grade 12
- Individual should have a firm personality and a urgency to get things done
- 4-5 years experience
