We are seeking a high calibre, self motivated individual with team leadership and management experience with the hunger to establish, build and train the offsite sales department to help us make people’s dreams of home ownership come alive.

∙Prepare management reports, including P&L and cashflow forecast.

∙Prepare budgets and management reports including analysis.

∙BAS and IAS preparation.

∙Perform reconciliations, including GST, wages and Super.

∙Generate client invoices/manage receipt of payment.

∙Liaise with external third parties, including external financial advisors.

∙Have a passion for capturing, integrating and analyzing data, as well as a

proven track record for uncovering actionable insights using unstructured and

structured data analysis techniques.

∙Run regular and ad-hoc reports and queries as required by the business,

ensuring the rapid triage of potential critical insights or events.

∙Prepare operational and risk reporting - including the provision of statistical

evidence and analysis that informs decision making at Executive and Board

level.

∙Develop and present written and verbal recommendations to senior leaders

translating large customer data sets into actionable insights and recurring

themes.

∙Support and liaise with key business process owners and business partners

to share insights and feedback, and ‘close the loop’ for our internal

stakeholders, providing tracking and measurement analysis of the benefits of

improvements, to ensure the desired outcomes have been met.

∙Strong analytical ability to deliver meaningful insights; identify and articulate

anomalies and trends providing recommendations.

∙Ability to interpret new data sources and extraction/manipulation of large data

sets to perform analytics.

∙Advanced Microsoft Excel e.g. power pivot, expert formulas and functions.

Experience using Xero.

∙Experience working with business and development teams to design,

document and develop dashboards, alerts, reports etc. within required

delivery cycles.

∙Provide data management advice and support to the team on all facets of

project activities as they relate to operational information.

∙Provide authoritative advice and recommendations to management and

project stakeholders on operational, procedural, or regulatory issues relating

to operational information.

∙Demonstrated experience in a similar role

∙Accounting degree with CA or CPA

∙Minimum 5 years experience in accounting industry

∙Prior experience as CFO advantageous

∙Proficiency in Xero and Xero projects.

∙Exposure to job costing advantageous.

∙A self-motivated and positive attitude.

∙Ability to operate without direct supervision.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
