Game Lodge close to Sabi Sands is looking for a Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager looks after all services covering security, cleaning, IT systems, gardens, physical infrastructure maintenance, lodge support services, service level agreements, to ensure that they all meet business, guests, customer and employer needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team as well as overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services
- Supervising of staff.
- Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly, such as generators, gas, water and heating, are well-maintained.
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Allocating and managing space between buildings.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
- Advising the company on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Developing a preventative action plan for Maintenance.
- Maintain stock levels and parts within budget.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Degree / Diploma in Facilities Management
- Good all-rounder with planned maintenance systems for hotels & apartments
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills & good decision making skills
- Good teamwork approach and ability to lead and management teams & projects
- Attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Good knowledge of it packages
