**Hoedspruit Area - Limpopo**: Our client is looking for a Senior Grower to join the team.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Agricultural Degree/ Diploma
- 10 Years’ Experience with Tomato Farming,
- 4 years of which to be in a senior management position.
- Knowledge of all Staff Management Aspects
- Basic understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment as well as Labour Law
- Computer literate
- Being maintenance orientated
- Valid driver’s license

***DUTIES**
- All year production of Tomatoes, Peppers and Herbs.
- Hands on experience with Global Gap and OHS.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical work
- Basic equipment maintenance
- Understanding and ability to execute Soil & Plant Preparations.
- Excellent Communication & Reporting skills
- Able to Manage all Planting, Plant Maintenance & Harvesting
