Conference Centre with accommodation in Midrand is looking for an experienced Reservationist to join their team.
- Responsible for handling all reservations for a 70+ roomed property
- Reservations and make regular bookings.
- Ensure that profiles of arriving guests are updated on the system.
- Manage channel managers and property management systems
- Ensure that confirmations of bookings are completed and sent out promptly.
- Respond to initial enquiries and requests.
- Liaise with departments and provide updates on arrivals, groups, special requests and functions.
- Ensure Proforma Invoices are sent out in time to guests and agents.
- Follow up with guests on payment of Invoices.

**Requirements**:

- 1- 2 years previous hotel-related experience
- Must know OTA systems
- Apex / HTI knowledge
- Basic event co-ordination knowledge
- Virtual card payment knowledge
