**VACANCY: Workshop Administrator**

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:
A vacancy exists, in a well established Company, for a **Workshop Administrator, at our facility in Meadowdale, Germiston Gauteng.**

The Workshop Administrator is **responsible for the administration **of the repairs and servicing of the Companies products.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Grade 12 or equivalent

+ 2 years **Syspro or similar operating system **knowledge

Microsoft programmes, i.e. Excel, E-mail; etc

Experience in After Sales Service is an advantage

Good communication ability both verbally and in writing (English)

Driver’s license, and own transport would be an advantage

Good communication ability on the telephone and the ability to deal with customers, in a professional manner

**MAIN DUTIES**

1. Responsible for providing a positive after-sales service experience to all customers.

2. Accountable for handling customer complaints/queries efficiently, ensuring clear

communication, written and verbal, on all Returns/Complaints, to all internal

and external customers

3. Responsible for ensuring all repairs or returns process in the workshop are captured

on the RMA system, efficiently and accurately, and within the Companies stipulated

lead time.

4. Ensure accurate records are kept of all repairs/jobs done, including cost of labor and spares issued to be captured in the RMA & WIP Program

5. Ensure repair costs are monitored always to ensure economic feasibility to the

Company.

6. Ensure out of Warranty Repairs are costed and quoted to the customer, using the

RMA Program, thereby ensuring profitability for the company.

7. Work with the Workshop Manager to develop and implement internal systems to

record, returns, repairs and credits,, ensuring the information is reported to Senior

Management monthly.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Meadowdale, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
