**Job Purpose**

As a Mall Ambassador, you should use your proven track record and exceptional consumer experience to deliver retail sales targets for business growth to reach KPI’s. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position for leading teams of Beauty Consultants. Ultimately, you should know how to unlock and grow market share to deliver a competitive advantage that enables our brands to win in store by managing people and leveraging our talented teams.

**Job Requirements**

As the **Mall Ambassador **your main KPI’s are:

- Retail sales
- Manage ROI on GWP’s and Testers (all stores)
- High Performing Beauty Consultants

Your main areas of responsibility will include the following (all stores):

- Partner with our sales team to achieve counter and mall targets
- Develop, execute and track monthly, weekly and daily Sales Plan to achieve retail sales targets across all allocated doors within the mall
- Develop and implement plans to recruit new customers
- Provide exceptional service to customers and coach Beauty Consultants in good customer service and sales using the customer experience journey
- Support the sales team to develop and use client registries to stay in touch with customers
- Ensure all stores are merchandised in line with brand guidelines and planograms
- Ensure stock levels are aligned with merchandising guidelines, brand planograms and target sheets
- Manage the stock order process across all doors in the mall
- Manage the execution of sales plans by brand to include sales, market share, and promotional objectives
- Build in-store relationships with all levels of management and selling teams
- Plan and implement marketing launch and promotions calendar along with merchandising objectives, with in-store teams
- Review monthly sales and inventory data, seek out opportunities to create sell through
- Maintain admin records accurately

**Job Profile**

**Education**:
Matric

**Required experience**:

- Min 2-5 years’ experience in Retail
- Visual Merchandising experience and knowledge
- Experience managing sales teams
- Knowledge of the market and understanding lifestyle category and market segmentation

**Technical Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong selling skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to analyse data and develop action plans based on data insights
- Effective oral and written communication
- Ability to work across multiple levels of the organisation
- Ability to influence
