To assist with monitoring, analysing, interpreting, and mining all sources of relevant data to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business needs around the category and identify ideal profiles for stores, suppliers, and ranges
- To assist with identifying opportunities/issues in order to and generate effective solutions to achieve budgeted sales, stock, and margins aimed at optimising the financial results of the category
- To assist with managing the end-to-end supply chain process regarding category - from forecasting of sales, profit, and stock to management of margins, sales, stock, ranges, suppliers
- To participate in supplier performance reviews and influence appropriate action to ensure that set supplier KPIs are achieved
- To play an assisting role in managing and implementing initiatives at functional level and ensuring effective performance within the support team
- To build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and connect people to enable delivery of the strategy

Minimum of 6-12 months relevant experience of planning within a high complexity/large category environment (essential);
Experience gained in the relevant studies area of finance, marketing, logistics or law
