**Job Advert**:
Our Online team has an exciting new role available and a fantastic opportunity to be part of innovation. This role will see you working very closely with our internal stakeholders to drive discoverability of product for our Customer to purchase both on-and off-site through social commerce.

We're looking for someone who has experience as a product owner having worked in an agile team.

Experience and proven success in translating business strategy and analysis into successful digital products is key.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Grade 12, Matric
- A bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, marketing or a related field.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
**KNOWLEDGE required**:

- Understanding of African digital market, customers and the online retail market
- Knowledge of legal compliance
- Customer discovery and research
- Agile development and execution and an understanding of development methodologies
- Data Knowledge, data gathering and analysis, generating insights and execution

**SKILLS required**:

- Ability to influence and engage across all levels of the business
- Strong analytics and a sound understanding in digital products
- Technology ,design development, advanced digital product customer development
- Stakeholder management
- Innovative and solution-orientated?
- Team collaboration skills

**Key Responsibilities**:
The role is responsible for:

- Analysing customer shopping behaviour and gathering insights
- Map out possible solutions to enhance the discoverability of product on owned and 3rd party channels
- Provides strategic input to customer experience improvements
- Share proposals with relevant stakeholders
- Drives business requirements and product feature definition for a product to ensure a seamless end-to-end digital customer experience.
- Manage the end-to-end operation plan to execute the enhancements and changes
- Defines, creates, and assigns features to specific sprints and releases to meet key business objectives
- Effective cross collaboration ensuring the execution of any changes or enhancements to the online channels.
