One of our clients within the agriculture rich farmlands with fertile soils are currently in search of a mature and experienced Bookkeeper to play a pivotal role in contributing to the financial success of the small farming company. The farm is home to a thriving horticultural seedling nursery, extensive production fields, and a state-of-the-art pack house setup. The position will be based in Hartbeespoort, North West.

**Minium Requirements**:

- High School (Matric) education is required.
- Vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably with expertise in Sage.
- Ability to commute to Hartbeespoort, Northwest.
- Minium 1 year experience as a Bookkeeper.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain financial records using Sage.
- Take books to Trial balance.
- Lodge SARS documents in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable by processing invoices and ensuring timely payments.
- Handle accounts receivable, issuing invoices, and tracking customer payments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding financial matters.
- Maintain organized and secure documentation of financial records for auditing purposes.
