**Als Texter**: in wirst du dafür verantwortlich sein, überzeugende Texte zu verfassen, die Engagement fördern und das Wachstum unserer deutschsprachigen Kunden/Kundinnen-Communitys vorantreiben. Diese Rolle ist ideal für jemanden mit Leidenschaft für Storytelling, einem Auge für Details und der Fähigkeit, seinen Schreibstil an verschiedene Firmen und Branchen anzupassen.

Du wirst eng mit unseren Kunden/Kundinnen und internen Teammitgliedern zusammenarbeiten, um ansprechende Texte für verschiedene Marketingmaterialien zu entwickeln. Z. B. Website-, Blog
- und Social-Media-Beiträgen sowie E-Mail-Kampagnen. Zudem wirst Du mit unseren Designer: innen, Customer Success Manager: innen und dem Vertriebsteam zusammenzuarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Texte mit der Gesamtmarkenstrategie und den Zielen der Kunden/Kundinnen übereinstimmen.

**Startdatum**:
Du solltest spätestens im Januar 2024 verfügbar sein, mit mindestens 20 Stunden pro Woche. Spätestens zum 01. Februar 2024 solltest Du Deine Wochenstunden auf 30 erhöhen. Du kannst jedoch auch sehr gerne direkt mit 30-40 Wochenstunden beginnen.

**Gehalt**:
Das Gehalt wird in EURO ausgezahlt und hängt von deinem Standort und deiner Erfahrung ab und liegt zwischen 2.000€ und 3.000€.

SAWOO ist ein junges, 20-köpfiges Unternehmen aus München, das üblicherweise in Remote arbeitet. Wir bauen Communitys für Unternehmensberatungen rund um deren Zielkunden/-kundinnen.

Dabei setzen wir auf verschiedene Maßnahmen, die insbesondere auf LinkedIn, E-Mail-Newslettern, Konferenzen, Meetups und Blogposts basieren.

Aufgaben
- Identifizieren und verfassen ansprechender Social-Media-Beiträge, indem Du Erkenntnisse aus Podcast-Interviews verwertest
- Best-Practice-Templates nutzen, um unterhaltsame und interessante Texte für die E-Mail-Newsletter unserer Kunden/Kundinnen zu verfassen
- Steigern der Anzahl an LinkedIn Follower: innen, Newsletter-Abonnements und Website-Besucher: innen mit hochwertigen Texten
- Verfassen von tiefgehenden, SEO-optimierte Fallstudien und Artikel, auf Basis von Podcast-Interviews mit Fachexperten
- Kontinuierliche Bewertung interner Prozesse und Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Qualität und Effizienz unseres Serviceangebots
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden/Kundinnen, um Tone-of-voice und die Stilrichtlinien ihrer Community festzulegen

Qualifikation
- Deutsche Muttersprachler: in
- Englisch mindestens auf C1-Niveau
- Du hast Erfahrung als B2B-Texter: in
- Ausgeprägte Recherchefähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Konzepte schnell zu erfassen
- Fähigkeit, den Schreibstil an unterschiedliche Firmen und Branchen anzupassen
- Liebe zum Detail
- Positives, lösungsorientiertes Denken mit einer "Can-do"-Einstellung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Software zur Erstellung und Verbreitung von Textinhalten
- Du hast schon mal mit Google Workspace oder Microsoft Office (insb. Excel) gearbeitet
- Du bist offen für Feedback und neue Ideen
- Du verfügst über ein gutes Selbst
- und Zeitmanagement
- Du arbeitest gerne mit einem bewährten Prozess
