Key Responsibilities:
- **Onboarding & Employee Data Management**:
- Oversee the completion of onboarding documents for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately submitted before entry into the payroll system.
- Input and verify new employee information in the payroll system, ensuring precise allocation of compensation details.
- **Payroll Operations**:
- Manage the timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including bonuses, leave payments, and other related adjustments.
- Record and validate wage data, including vacation time, sick leave, and other statutory leaves.
- Review payroll entries to ensure proper documentation, particularly regarding leave requests and pay adjustments.
- **Deductions & Employee Support**:
- Accurately handle all deductions and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate third-party payments, ensuring they are processed within the required timelines.
- Provide guidance to employees on company benefits and related policies.
- **Payroll Administration & Compliance**:
- Distribute payslips to employees and ensure all payroll records are maintained accurately.
- Ensure timely entry of new hires and the proper removal of departing employees in the payroll system.
- Reconcile attendance records with leave forms, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Prepare reports as needed and ensure they meet internal deadlines and managerial requirements.
- Maintain adequate inventory of HR-related materials and supplies.
### **Qualifications & Experience**:
- **Education**: High School Diploma required; Payroll Administration certification is an advantage.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in payroll processing, with a focus on weekly payrolls.
- **Technical Proficiency**:
- Experience with payroll software, with expertise in Sage 300 being essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- **Administrative Skills**: Strong basic administrative skills are necessary.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
