An exciting opportunity has become available for a suitably qualified and experienced Scales Technician (Instrumentation Technician) within our business in the Engineering Team based at Worcester Processing Plant.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and repairs of computer weight grading & shop floor systems
- Maintaining and repairing of shop floor systems
- Maintenance on instrumentation and PLC equipment
- Programming of PLC’s
- Maintenance of all electronic mass meters at the Processing Plant.
- Liaison with customers regarding sourcing of equipment and quotations
- Staying abreast of new developments in field.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification N5 - Electronics
- Computer literacy
- Weighing Systems and Scales
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
- Experience in poultry industry advantageous
- Working knowledge of PLC’s, sensors, VLT’s etc
- Good problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
