**Marketing Assistant - Sportscene (12 month contract)**

**The Marketing Assistant will help improve marketing efforts and help build the capacity for all new and current tasks.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Brand Campaigns and Meetings:

- Set up brand and business meetings
- Minute taking
- Campaign checklists
- Campaign reporting
- Create DI for distribution
- Media screens schedule
- New Store Openings and Store Activations:

- Assist in briefing artwork
- Set up Rewards Campaign on Rewards system
- Liaise with the artists/ suppliers on the day of the opening
- Adhoc:

- Create E-waybills online and send off parcels
- Brief artwork and set up till slip schedule
- Social media posting for DJ Series (Saturday’s 2-3 hours)
- Assist Senior Trade Coordinator with events, campaigns and activations
- Other

**Requirements**:

- Marketing: Certificate, Diploma, Degree
- 1 - 2 years’ experience, especially advertising or corporate marketing
