Venn Cubed is seeking to appoint a mid-level FPM Consultant with 2+ years’ experience to join our dynamic consulting team to support our current client base with existing solutions and be part of the consulting team performing analysis, design, development, and implementation for new clients using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).

**Role Description**:
Support Venn Cubed’s current clients with existing solutions and design, develop and implement new solutions for new clients using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support all the existing finance solutions developed for clients.
- Detailed understanding of each solution covering the business logic and processes.
- Support these clients with analysis and issue resolution and explanation.
- Design and develop enhancements to these existing solutions.
- Work with clients to understand and document business requirements for new projects.
- Design and build new solutions for clients based on the business requirements
- Perform business analysis to understand underlying data, processes, and logic.
- Typical Solutions are:

- Costing
- Reporting
- Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting
- Modelling
- Perform business analysis to understand underlying data, processes, and logic.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-years’ work experience in a finance role
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Economics

**Key Competencies, Skills, and Attributes**:

- Sound understanding of the basic finance function in a business
- Understanding of analytics, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Good Excel skills understanding basic Excel functions
- Interest in technology and how to use technology to improve the finance function in a business
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Resourcefulness - ability and desire to dig in to solve problems
- Aptitude and willingness to learn and grow while having fun in a dynamic team
- Able to have a laugh while being focused to work towards deadlines

**Required experience to be successful in this role**:

- 2+ years’ experiencein designing and implementation of planning, budgeting, reporting,and costingmodelsin IBMPlanning Analytics (TM1)
- Knowledge on TM1 architecture would be a great advantage and experience working with components of the tool like rules, TI, TM1 reports, perspective/PAX, PAWand TM1 web
- Understanding and experience in TM1 cubes / Rules / TI processes / Active Forms / Websheets.
- Analyze business requirements, document, and build models in IBMPlanning Analytics (TM1)
- Should be able write complex business logics in TM1 Rules and Turbointegrator (TI)
- Should have sound functional knowledge and experience in understanding the financial process and terminologies
