The job requirements include, but are not limited to:

- First Line telephonic assistance to clients
- Log calls with technical departments for service
- Administration of onboarding new clients
- Generating quotes for potential clients
- Stock ordering
- Answering calls from reception
- Ability to work confidently with numbers specifically on Excel
- General office administration

Minimum requirements:

- Matric
- 2 years in a similar role
- Own smart phone
- Good Excel, Word ability
- Friendly personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Century City, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Telecoms Administrator: 2 years (required)
