Dms and IT Administtrator

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join a growing group with multiple dealerships. If you are proficient in Keyloop/CDK, have a passion for automotive systems, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the DMS with a focus on Keyloop, developing and writing custom reports to meet the business’s operational needs, providing IT support to internal users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations across all dealership departments. You will also implement updates, ensure data integrity and compliance and assist with hardware/software setups.

**Job Requirements**
Matric Certificate
Valid Driver's License
Proven experience with Keyloop/CDK (formerly known as ADP/CDK) and DMS management **(THIS IS ESSENTIAL)**
Strong IT administration skills with a good understanding of networks, servers, and software management.
Experience in writing and managing reports from DMS or similar systems.
Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide efficient resolutions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
