**Job Advert Summary**:
As the Information Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the information security program within our organization. You will play a critical role in safeguarding our digital assets, protecting sensitive information, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in managing information security programs in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance) is a plus.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement the organization's information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
- **Policy Development**: Create, review, and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- **Incident Response**: Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and recovery.
- **Security Awareness**: Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness of security policies and best practices among employees.
- **Vendor Management**: Assess and manage security risks associated with third-party vendors and service providers.
- **Security Architecture**: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls and architectures.
- **Security Operations**: Manage security operations, including monitoring, logging, and security tool management.
- **Team Leadership**: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of information security professionals.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay abreast of emerging threats and technologies, and continuously improve the organization's security posture.
