**Storeman / Driver**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Essential: Matric
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Driver and Storeman.
- Valid Code B Driver’s License.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the receipt of inventory and verification of both quantity and quality.
- Ensure the received inventory is segmented into appropriate picking sizes.
- Conduct physical inventory picking based on provided picking slips.
- Pick inventory to fulfil sales orders, ensuring correct labelling, packaging, and updating of waybills for dispatched items.
- Respond to requests from the Stores Manager by checking component availability for the Production Plan.
- Physically validate shelf stock when requested by the Sales team.
- Maintain a consistently clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Strictly adhere to the company's Health and Safety Plan, policies, and procedures.
- Optimize inventory packing for easy accessibility.
- Thoroughly document records, including Brass Products Bin Cards and digitally capture serial numbers.
- Actively participate in quarterly stock takes and perform unscheduled stock takes as directed by Management.
- Execute tasks involving the collection and delivery of goods and other relevant items as instructed by the Stores Manager.
- Maintain an up-to-date logbook for company vehicles and ensure its accuracy.
- Report any vehicle issues or damages to management by submitting weekly vehicle inspection reports for all company vehicles.
