Our client located in Blackheath, has a vacant position for a **RECEIVING SUPERVISOR**.

The Receiving Department has a vacant position for a Receiving Supervisor available, and requires an individual who is eager to be part of a proactive, diligent, and well-organized team.

**Job Overview**:
The Receiving Supervisor will manage the receiving department’s stock and housekeeping. Primary duties include managing of incoming stock, checking stock and storing of the stock.

**Reports To**: Operations Manager

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage receiving operations in the warehouse.
- Train and mentor receiving employees on proper handling and storing of stock.
- Unloads trucks in a safe and timely manner or directs others accordingly and coordinate incoming stock and ensure efficient storing of stock.
- Overall housekeeping of the receiving area/department.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of four year’s warehouse experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good people skills and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant education or experience in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
