Site Manager: Filling Station

**The Role**:
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a site (C-store and forecourt), ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, training new staff and overseeing daily site operations. As the site manager, you will manage the operational and organizational standards of the site. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric or equivalent
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
- Retail experience at filling station preferred
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R12,500.00 per month
