**What's the role?**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Monitoring Security and reporting of any incidents.
- Perform general repairs, including plumbing and electrical.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, parking lots, and outdoor spaces.
- Handle routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, changing light bulbs, and replacing locks as needed.
- Monitoring Security and managing access control.
