Upskill managers on recruitment process and use of selection tools
- Conduct exit interviews
- Assist Training Manager with facilitation of training if and when required
- Assist with various HR related interventions and administration

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Relevant post matric HR related diploma or degree (e.g. Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations etc.)
- 2 - 3 years relevant work experience as a Recruiter or HR Generalist
- Certification / working knowledge of job profiling and interpretation of person/job match profiling models / tools)
- Certified psychometrist would be and advantage
- Certification / 1 year conducting competency-based interviews
- Sound knowledge of labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, OHSA etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of on-line meeting/interview platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams
- Strong working knowledge of on-line recruitment process / platforms (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Career Junction etc.)

- Team player with the ability to interact at all levels within the organisation

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
