Airconditioning Technician

We are expanding our operations and are looking for a skilled **Airconditioning Technician** to join our team and support the growing demand for HVAC services.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split systems, ducted systems, and HVAC units.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while performing tasks.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine specific air conditioning needs and recommend solutions.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repair logs.
- Order parts and equipment as necessary to complete installations or repairs.
- Provide technical advice to clients and team members on proper use and maintenance of air conditioning systems.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Relevant certification or diploma in Air Conditioning, HVAC, or Refrigeration.
- Proven experience as an Airconditioning Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer instructions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and practices in African markets is a plus.
