The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Logistics Export Specialist (M/F/*) at 3M South Africa, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ Leads the Logistics Export Operation as part of South Africa Logistics team_
- _ Work with our local Service Providers to ensure Accuracy of our Export Customers orders fulfillment_
- _ Manage Export transportation Cost efficiency within the given budget_
- _ Monitor and track Export orders till delivery_
- _ Manage the relevant type of inspection needed for Export orders_
- _ Manage the Inspection bodies’ accounts_

Your Skills and Expertise
- _ Bachelor’s/Master’s/Apprenticeship_ degree or higher from an accredited institution in Logistics/Supply Chain_
- _ Minimum 5 years’ experience in leading the export logistics function (shipment documentation, inspection, transportation,etc)_
- _ Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience in SADC Countries and Sub Sahara import regulations_
- _ Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience in Export out of South Africa_
- _ Extensive knowledge of freight Forwarding responsibilities_
- _ 5-10 years’ experience in managing multiple logistics service providers_
- _ 5 years’ experience in managing SGS account as an inspection body for his employer, product registration, inspection, contract, documentation, invoices etc._
