**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ previous experience with citrus farming
- Previous avocado farming experience advantageous
- Computer literate
- Hard working, deadline driven and diligent
- Accurate, organized and demonstrated initiative
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Strong management and communication skills
- Proven mechanical and maintenance experience essential
- Valid drivers license
