**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Previous experience having worked in an Engineering or related environment is essential.
- Previous experience having worked in a Factory or Plant Environment is preferred but not essential.
- Must be hands on and be able to work independently.
- Overseeing paddle mixer decanting plant, compressors, mixers, reverse osmosis systems, bead mills and various equipment in the factory.
- Assisting the Factory Manager with the managing of the entire factory.
- Maintaining all the PPE and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Assisting with waste management as well as maintaining all equipment in the factory.
- Overseeing the different production plants.
- Assisting with the management of the staff working within the factory.

**Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
