**Synopsis**
**Job Description** JOB PURPOSE**:
The Webmaster will be responsible for maintaining and managing the ISA websites and other digital communication platforms.
The webmaster will have to ensure functionality, security, and efficiency of ISA web infrastructure while optimizing loading speeds, fixing issues, and updating website content frequently.
The Webmaster will also be responsisble to address user complaints, collaborate with team members, and stay updated on web standards and technologies to deliver functional and user-friendly websites and to manage the web service provider.
**Qualification and Experience** QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred
**WORK EXPERIENCE**:
- 3 - 5 years Proven track record in web design and web development
**Roles and Responsibilities** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage organisations websites and other digital platforms
- Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
- Maintain, configure and troubleshoot on the website
- Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages
- Optimize loading speeds and capacity
- Debug pages and fix broken links or images
- Update website content
- Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)
- Address user complaints
- Manage website service provider
**Job Requirements** COMPETENCIES**:
- Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer
- Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
- Familiarity with web standards
- Working knowledge of website management tools
- Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and Javascript is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to generate creative ideas
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Qualification in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred
