**Duties**:
- Performing data entry tasks
- Tracking time and attendance of employees
- Complete time sheets showing employees' arrival and departure times.
- Tracking employee off days. Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave
- Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
- Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
- Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
- Conduct verifications of employment.
- Creating and sharing reports
- Monitor and report on trends

**Experience**:
- Accounts Payable: 1 year (preferred)
- Payroll Administration: 1 year (preferred)
**Salary**: R7,500.00 - R10,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lanseria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (required)
