**Duties**:
- To be present at the kiosk on all scheduled hours on scheduled day
- Sale of MoMo Products and Services from MoMo terminal issued in accordance to standards required by the company and achieve set targets
- Provide customer service and educate the customers on MoMo, products available and all MTN
**Products and Services**
- Log any disputes that arise from sales on the appropriate escalation points given and respond to customer
- Ensuring that the Kiosks are clean, presentable and being kept in good condition
- Ensure that all the electrical equipment within the kiosks is in working order, and only used for the purposes of distributing MTN Products and Services. Any issues should be immediately communicated to business upon becoming aware of any damage, and/or any potential damage, risk; or threat to the Kiosk
- Ensuring that any promotional or advertising material as maybe provided by MTN from time to time to the Kiosk Operator is displayed at all times on the Kiosk in accordance with the directions and requirements of MTN.
**Requirements**:
- Matric/Grade 12
- **Minimum of 3 years’ Sales and Customer Service experience (**Financial backround would be advantageous**)**:
- **Previous experience in the MoMo and Telecoms environment will be advantageous**:
- **Applicant must have clear Criminal Record and be a South African Citizen**:

Conditions of Employment:
- Instore position
- 6-month contract (with potential to be renewed)
- Basic salary + capped commission structure.
- Airtime / Data Allowance
- Target based

Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
