Job description

**Responsibilities**:
Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring their comfort and well-being during their visit to our walk-in lab.
Perform blood draws and venipuncture with accuracy and proficiency, following established protocols and maintaining a high standard of infection control.
Collect and process laboratory specimens in accordance with regulatory guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage.
Record accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient information.
Provide necessary instructions for specimen collection.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and best practices.

**Requirements**:
SANC registration as a Registered/Enrolled Nurse.
Relevant nursing qualifications from an accredited institution.
Proven experience and proficiency in drawing blood and performing venipuncture.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide a comforting environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation and specimen handling.
Knowledge of infection control practices and adherence to safety protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently.
