Job Opportunity: Sales Consultant - Small and Large Format Printing

Industry: Digital Printing

Position Summary: We are in search of dynamic individuals who are driven, innovative, and entrepreneurial to join our team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for the sales of large and small format printing jobs and contracts. To succeed, you must actively create relationships with current and prospective clients, draw up contracts, bid on large and small scale print jobs, and give the overall best possible service to our clients by engaging with them, understanding their needs as well as going on qualified leads generated by our highly successful marketing team. Our ever-evolving product offerings ensure you can tailor solutions to meet your clients' unique preferences and purchasing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Skillfully match our product portfolio and services to the specific needs of clients.
- Successfully close appointments by presenting our products and building trust and credibility.
- Traveling to clients on a day to day basis based on leads generated by our marketing team.
- Precisely execute all systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction while avoiding order errors that could impact the company's reputation and financial performance.
- Accurately record, and configure client specifications on jobs.
- Provide top-notch client service with friendly, professional, and timely follow-up for both internal and external clients.
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet the evolving demands of the business, including appointment scheduling, attending team meetings, and participating in training sessions.
- Comprehend and execute company operating policies, procedures, and related communications.

**Required Skills**:

- Understanding and knowledge of printing industry and dynamics
- Specific experience in large and small format printing - At least 2-3 years experience minimum. Non-negotiable
- At least 2 years Sales Experience (non-negotiable)
- Quick learner with adaptability and self-reliance, capable of handling competing priorities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive and respectful approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with some university coursework preferred.
- Full-time availability.
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Windows-based programs.
- Willingness to swiftly grasp and implement new technology processes and systems.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
- Education or experience in Design / Printing would be a plus.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (minimum requirement)
- Large and small format Printing: 2-3 years (minimum requirement)

Ability to Commute:

- Cape Town, Western Cape (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Large and Small Format Printing: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:
