Junior Account Merchandiser/Planner/Buyer required for Manufacturing Company based in Jacobs.

**Purpose**

To ensure accuracy and efficiency of the production process with a specific focus on analytical recording and reporting. To deal with customer problems, questions, or concerns by coordinating with the proper company personnel to provide accurate answers for them. And to act as the facilitator to the Senior Buyer and Planner and other team members.
To be successful, you should be confident, highly organized and an excellent communicator. An outstanding assistant planner/buyer has an analytical mind with good interpersonal skills.

**Role**

To ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the production process. With a specific focus on achieving customer requirements. And to act as the focal point to deal with customer problems, questions, or concerns by coordinating with the proper company personnel to provide accurate answers for them.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Pastel**
- Bill of Materials
- Quotations/ Sales Orders
- Place PO’s

**Production Tickets**
- Construction and Packing Checks
- Raw Material PO’s
- Issue Buying card copies with PO’s to Stores
- Prepare production cards

**Procurement**
- All Raw materials required for orders.

**Other**
- Production Shelf
- Customer Pre-production Shelves
- Showroom Shelves
- Catalogues + Ranges + Costing’s
- Customer liaising + attending to buyers.
- Spec Sheets
- Store Logistics, Waybills, and DC Bookings
- Cluster Reports

**Planning**:

- Ensuring Order Fulfillment
- Keeping a detailed track on the status of all orders
- Attending to & resolving Customer queries & complaints, etc.

**Purchasing**
- Preparing and compiling pricing strategies and analysis
- Placing and tracking purchase orders
- Managing inventory

**Requirements**:

- Matric with Good Math's and Accounting
- 2+ Years Working Experience
- Excellent Excel Knowledge Required
- Pastel Sage beneficial
- Good with computers i.e. ability to catch onto in-house computer systems
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Mathematical and Analytical
- Good written and spoken Communication skills in English
- Be able to create systems to work more efficiently

**Package**:
Related to experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
