Debt Solution S.A is seeking an experienced

Admitted Attorney to head our Legal Department.

Description

following duties:
Drafting legal documents

Advising and providing support to clients

Providing support and advice to the company

Handle Labour Related and H.R duties and disciplinary.

Handle civil matters on behalf of the Directors

Traveling to various courts, justice offices, etc.

Liaising with clients

FIDELITY FUND CERTIFICATE WILL BE ADVANTAGEOUS

Profile

LLB / BA - LLB

Right of appearance

Must have at least Six years of experience.

A mature individual

Previous debt collection experience

Previous debt review experience will be advantageous

Previous CCMA experience

**Experience**:

- Litigation: 6 years (preferred)
- Legal Assistant: 6 years (preferred)
- Human Resource : 3 Years (preferred)
- Fidelity Fund Certificate preferable
- Debt review drafting (section 129)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R12 000 negotiable per month

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Saturday 08:00 to 13:00
