A dynamic and fast-growing company is searching for an innovative, collaborative, and curious **_DC Operations Trainer_** to train the **Floor Trainers** in the main distribution centre.

You will not be training the floor staff, but rather the **Floor Trainers** who are responsible for training the floor staff.

**Requirements include**:

- 3-6 years of experience training/developing other trainers.
- Warehousing and FMCG experience.
- Experience rolling our projects.
- Excellent staff management abilities.
- Being forthright, but respectful.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Identify areas that need the most improvement and report to supervisor for quality enhancement.
- Develop training material for new equipment and processes.
- Assist in rolling out the company training program.
- Conduct on-the-job training and employee orientation for company employees in the Operations department.
- Demonstrate, train and enforce Operational “Best Practices”.
- Leads operations training for new and current employees.
