Maitenance Foreman

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum N4 plus a trade test in mechanical fitting or millwright.
- N6 / National Diploma in mechanical engineering will be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years heavy industrial supervisory /foreman experience in manufacturing.
- High levels of competence on leadership mechanical engineering.
- Sound experience in maintenance management, planning and budgeting.
- In depth knowledge & experience in reliability, preventive & predictive maintenance.
- Experience and knowledge of OHS, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft on a maintenance systems. (Essential)

**KEY PERFORMANCE**
- Responsible for prioritizing, organizing, and leading the maintenance team to achieve reliable equipment maintenance.
- Responsible for providing technical input for setting up and optimization of equipment.
- Responsible for optimization of equipment reliability and availability
