**Responsibilities**
- Handling telephone enquiries from brokers & reps.
- Prepare quotations for brokers and reps in the sales managers’ absence.
- Distribute correspondence to brokers and reps.
- Distribute and handle enquiries regarding commission statements.
- Collate new business and distribute to various data capturers.
- Distribute queries to various sales managers and/or brokers and reps in their absence.
- Keep a record and escalate Representative and Broker client services queries.
- Assist Senior Manager with general Admin Duties.
- Assist Senior Manager with Quarterly Meetings.
- Order stationery and distribute to various sales managers.
- Daily production stats updates,
- Compiling of weekly car and office marketer roster.
- Compiling weekly car usage stats and submitting to H/O.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Regulatory Examination Level 1: Representatives (Advantage)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in the Insurance Industry
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Broker Support

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R21 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Insurance: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- RE 1 Certificate (preferred)
