**You will be involved in the following**:
Assisting with the distribution of the debt instruments into the capital markets, including responding to credit queries and review of funder reporting prior to distribution by the reporting team

Closing transactions and effectively handing over to the necessary teams internally to ensure correct deal maintenance.

Incorporating corporate structures where necessary (including company secretarial aspects); and

Liaising with all deal counterparties (Internal entities, debt investors, advisors, rating agencies, etc.) through to closing

Project management (including preparation of detailed timelines, management of costs, etc

Developing an effective working relationship with the deal origination team to ensure efficient implementation of transactions

Assisting with acquisitions of assets and businesses

**Skills/ Qualifications you will need**:
Postgraduate Degree in Mathematics or Commercial or Financial Management equivalent
CA (SA)/ CFA preferable
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the capital markets environment
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
Experience in implementing debt capital funding transactions
Advantageous experience includes;
JSE listed environment experience
Minimum f 3 years’ experience in the wholesale portfolio credit analytics
Financial Services environment Credit / Treasury
