**Minimum requirements**
- Matric
- (PSIRA) Private Security Regulatory Authority Registered [Preferably]
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a control room or relevant experience.
- Need to have excellent computer literacy.
- Excellent personal and customer relations experience.
- Well-groomed and presentable.

**Job Specifications**
- To work in conjunction with senior management to nurture and develop staff.
- Team management and support.
- Manage and minimize false alarm activations.
- Deal with client queries, concerns or complaints.
- Technical and tactical sales advice and support - office based only.
- All training will be provided.
