- Position: Sales Representative

Ensystex South Africa (Pty) Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers. Duties will include travelling to assigned territories to meet with potential and current customers, negotiating sales and informing clients about new products, updates, and features. Must also have effective critical thinking and problem solving skills to quickly answer customers questions and solve their potential issues with the products or service. Should also have impressive self-discipline and time-management skills to ensure they stay on top of their tasks to regularly meet deadlines and hit targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customers leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Customer is King
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes with a schedule.
- Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Work effectively and co-operatively with the Customer Services Manager regarding accounts and problem solving.
- Work effectively and co-operatively with the Warehouse Team to ensure smooth processing of orders and ensuring delivery deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Matric / N3
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers’ needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback whether positive or negative
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and make a sale.
- Communication Skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
- Be willing to travel and overnight to designated territory areas.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Knowledge of the Pest Control Industry would be an advantage.
- Own vehicle

Reimbursement

Between R15 000 to R25 000 dependent of experience.

Petrol Allowance and payment of all running costs e.g., tyres, vehicle services.
