Admin/purchase Order Clerk

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Attend to customer/supplier queries, capture invoices, Liaise with various departments. Be able to work on computer systems.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE/HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Admin Clerk.
- Have knowledge of purchase orders, grv's and debtors/creditors
- Computer Literate with mathematical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric.
- Attention to detail.
- Well organised
- Be willing and able to work weekends and public holidays
- Matric required
