**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional fertilization and agronomic advice to farming enterprises, ensuring optimal crop productivity and soil health.
- Offer strategic support to Omnia representatives/agents in delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Collaborate closely with Omnia Regional Management to align agronomic strategies with business goals.
- Play an integral role in the Omnia Marketing model, contributing to the development and implementation of effective marketing initiatives.

**Job Competencies**:

- Sound knowledge of fertilizer and chemical products, with a strong focus on fertilization recommendations.
- Proven ability to assess soil conditions, analyze crop requirements, and provide tailored agronomic solutions.
- Excellent understanding of agricultural practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Effective communication skills to engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address agronomic challenges and optimize yields.
